On Monday, the 9th of May, 2016. The ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced the new conditions for the study of master and doctoral, under the supervision of Dr. Yousif Goran, the minister of higher education and scientific research in KRG along with the adviser, presidents of university and general directors in the Meetings Hall of the ministry.
